Gregor A. MacGregor

Gregor A. MacGregor is a Teaching Assistant Professor and the Environmental and Natural Resources Policy Specialization Lead of the Masters of the Environment professional graduate program at the University of Colorado. He has also held a Faculty Fellowship at the University of Colorado Law School where he led field seminars across the West and directed the Acequia Assistance Project, a pro bono effort to assist minority farmers with their land and water rights. Prior to joining academia, Mr. MacGregor worked as a water attorney in private practice and for the United States Army, where he also served as a Cavalry Officer prior to retiring.

He is a member of the Colorado, United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits Bars and received his JD from the University of Colorado Law School and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado. He was also born at the University of Colorado and seeks a scenic gravesite on campus to complete his lifecycle, all recommendations considered.

David B. Firestone

David B. Firestone is a Professor of Law at Vermont Law School, where he has been specializing in the field of Environmental Law for thirty-five years. Prior to teaching law, he was an attorney with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. He was also an engineer with the Ford Motor Company and Douglas Aircraft. Mr. Firestone has presented numerous seminars and lectures before industry and professional groups and is thus experienced in providing knowledge of law to non-lawyers.

He is a member of the Vermont and Massachusetts Bars and received his JD from Harvard University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University.
